Reviewed on March 03, 2025For ages, I'd been receiving these yearly Calendars in my mailbox - which incorporated a photo of our residence. Pretty astute, this proactive fella Craig. 15 years later I reached out. The next thing I know I'm welcoming him into my home and we're going through Charts, Graphs, Statistics. He's so enthusiastic about our opportunity that it's almost contagious. But it's February, house on the market. Some genuine fears let me tell you. But Craig, steady and reassuring was a calming influence to the trepidation I had been feeling. We set things in motion - photo's on Monday, List on Tuesday, Viewings on Wednesday, Thursday with cut off on Friday at 4:00. We were turning people away there were so many potential buyers.
