Housing Market Activity, Prices Continue To Climb in 2024

Home sales in June 2024 saw a dip compared to May, but are still up 10% from last year. šŸ“ˆ New listings are down 14.2% from May but slightly up from June 2023. Inventory has slightly increased from last month, yet remains significantly lower than last year.

Average home prices
Detached Homes: $539,468 (up 7.9% YoY)
Semi-Detached: $422,321 (up 10.3% YoY)
Row/Townhouses: $290,249 (up 12.7% YoY)
Condos: $211,583 (up 8.5% YoY)

Overall, residential prices have slightly decreased by 0.6% from May but are still up 6.6% from June 2023.
