Pretty astute, this proactive fella Craig. 15 years later I reached out. The next thing I know I'm welcoming him into my home and we're going through Charts, Graphs, Statistics. He's so enthusiastic about our opportunity that it's almost contagious. But it's February, house on the market. Some genuine fears let me tell you.
